Mental Health and Wellness Apps

I’m happy to report that I've added a new section to my website for 2014: Mental Health and Wellness Apps. There are many apps available for improving mental health and overall wellness including apps on exercise, nutrition, fitness, meditation, mood logs, daily activity logs, thought trackers, sleep hygiene, and the list goes on. Many of these apps allow for transmission of information between patients and their clinicians via email. 

If you are currently using apps, please keep up the good work! If you are not using apps as part of your mental health and wellness program, please take a moment and review the apps featured on my site. This new App section offers information and links to a variety of different downloads. I hope you will find a few of interest and give them a try. 

This new feature is a work in progress, evolving and expanding throughout 2014, so I invite you to visit the site often. If there are apps you are currently using, please send me an email and I’ll review for possible addition to this section.
