New Client Information
Welcome to my practice web site! Finding a new therapist is a journey filled with questions and lots of research. I hope you find the information below helpful. It answers some common questions about my practice and procedures for accepting new clients.

If you want to schedule a new client appointment, please call my office at 512-660-4650.
- I see clients on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.
- I accept clients ages 18 and over.
- My practice is private pay only. I am not in network with any insurance companies and do not accept assignment of insurance payments. However, you will be provided access to documentation that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It will be your responsibility to find out what your insurance coverage provides for out-of-network mental health benefits, whether they have any pre-authorization requirements, and if there is a deductible you must satisfy.
- I provide the following services:

- If you must cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24-hours notice. Because your appointment time is reserved for you, if you miss your appointment without at least 24-hours notice, you will be responsible for paying for the session.
- Please make payment online prior to your appointment or via check at the time of your session.
- Methods of payment: Check, Cash or Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover).
- $30 charge on all returned checks.
- No refunds issued unless your paid appointment was cancelled at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled date and time. In this case, you can choose a refund back to your credit card or you can apply the payment toward a future appointment.
- The client is responsible for fees related to court evaluations, court preparation, and court testimony.
- All aspects of a client’s participation in psychotherapy is confidential. The client’s records may only be released when the therapist obtains the client’s written permission. However, as required by law, confidentiality must be broken under the following circumstances:
1. Evidence of child abuse must be reported to the Children’s Protective Services
2. Evidence of endangerment to self or others requires that appropriate action must be taken
3. Court subpoena - Clients must read and acknowledge my Privacy Policy.
